Who founded Niños del Café and when?

Niños del Cafe was founded in 1999 by Antonio Leite, General Director and Owner of Java Times Caffe, a chain of Coffee Shops and roasting plant from the North of Mexico.

In those years, Antonio Leite was in the Federal District, building strong relationships with the coffee producers from the State of Veracruz, being able to be direct witness of the poor life conditions that those communities present year by year no one private or Government was doing anything about it reason why he decided to create Niños del Cafe as a way to reward a little to the coffee farmers the big effort they make to produce it.
